What are the shipping options?
We ship free USPS Priority mail to all territories in the USA. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for rates.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
We can provide you with the shipping costs for most international shipping. We cannot estimate any international duties or taxes incurred once product leaves our facility.

When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 3 days of receipt. Priority mail usually arrives within 3 days of shipping. You will be sent an email after your order is shipped with tracking information.

What do I do if I never received my order?
Please contact us at if you do not receive your order within 15 days.

What do I do if I received a defective order?
Let us know immediately, we may have a replacement for you. You will be provided with a return shipping label- once we have received the returned product, your refund will be processed.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact us asap and we will try to accommodate you if order has not been fulfilled.

Are masks required for in store shopping?
No, masks are mandatory. We follow & stay current with the guidelines of the CDC.

Can I order online & pick up instore?
Yes, choose “Curbside Pick-Up” at checkout, fill out the short form and select what day and time works best for you to come to the boutique. Then, once your order is placed and you’re ready to pick up your item, please call the boutique 401-273-0080 when you are outside and park at either the curb or the back parking lot. We will bring your package to your car, you don’t need to get out at all!
