Online Order Returns
Full refund- Refund to your original payment method
- Item must be received by us within 14 days of your delivery date
- Order confirmation email as proof of purchase
- Original tags must be attached and intact
- Customer is responsible for return shipping via carrier of choice
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
We do not provide prepaid return labels for any returns. Gifted items are eligible for store credit, as long as received within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returned item must be received back in our boutique within 14 days of original purchase. No returns accepted after 30 days.
Damaged items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Lost Items are eligible for a store credit only.
All discounted items are a FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

How can I do an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges, however we suggest, if you wish to exchange for another size, simply placing a new order; you can then send in the item(s) you wish to exchange as a return request. See ‘How do I return something from my order?’
International Shipping and Returns
International customers pay for all shipping. Shipping rates will be calculated and applied at checkout. Please contact us first to facilitate an international return. All other return policies apply.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of return for processing. Upon completion you will receive an email confirmation. We’ll issue a refund to the original form of payment or issue a store credit (if merchandise was a ‘gift’)
What if I used a Gift Card?
Any purchase made with a credit card and gift card, returns will be credited back to the gift card first.
What if I didn't return items within 30 days of receiving order?
No returns accepted after 30 days.
Can I return/exchange an online purchase at your store?
Yes, please contact us at hello@garbolinoboutique.com, 401-273-0080 or make an online appointment, to return something you ordered online. We are happy to accommodate you but we need advance notice to process your return efficiently.
