We do not provide prepaid return labels for any returns. Merchandise can be returned within 15 days from receipt, as long as the garments is/are unworn with all tags intact and in its original packaging- for a full refund. Gifted items are eligible for store credit, as long as requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
Return request required within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Returned item must be received back in our boutique within 30 days of original purchase. No returns accepted after 30 days.
Damaged items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Lost Items are eligible for a store credit only.
Since we are a small specialty boutique with exclusive & limited products we can only accept 3 product returns in 30 days - per customer. We recommend our personal styling services to guarantee a perfect fit. Please contact us to book an online appt. or phone call for your fitting session.

We do not offer exchanges, however we suggest, if you wish to exchange for another size, simply placing a new order; you can then send in the item(s) you wish to exchange as a return request. See ‘How do I return something from my order?’
International Shipping and Returns
International customers pay for all shipping. Shipping rates will be calculated and applied at checkout. Please contact us first to facilitate an international return. All other return policies apply.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of return for processing. Upon completion you will receive an email confirmation. We’ll issue a refund to the original form of payment or issue a store credit (if merchandise was a ‘gift’)
What if I used a Gift Card?
Any purchase made with a credit card and gift card, returns will be credited back to the gift card first.
What if I didn't return items within 30 days of receiving order?

Can I return/exchange an online purchase at your store?
